If your broker is doing a great job, there is no need to sever the relationship. We can act just like an internal benefit administrator that you would hire in-house. Employee questions, claims, and enrollment are handled in conjunction with your existing benefit broker. We work with your broker and because we are licensed consultants, we can coordinate on plan design.
